Responsibilities:
- Understand, comprehend, and recommend released software functionality to help achieve business unit goals within Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Possess in-depth, expert-level understanding of system design and intended usage of Oracle Fusion modules.
- Collaborate with business leads to identify non-compliance issues and configure Oracle Fusion to address business challenges.
- Stay forward-looking regarding future functionality, training needs, and set strategic technology directions for Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and lead project teams implementing new processes and functionalities within Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Ultimate responsibility for the health of the Oracle Fusion HCM module from a technology perspective includes:
- Review, prepare, and test quarterly releases; evaluate new functionalities for organizational benefit.
- Coordinate with Oracle support for Service Requests, Oracle Idea Lab, and stay informed through notifications and web conferences.
- Establish and maintain key relationships at Oracle to facilitate platform advancement.
In this leadership role, responsibilities include creating an engaging team that drives results, including:
- Training, developing, mentoring, and ensuring the success of team members.
- Performing quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Setting task and project priorities and adhering to deadlines.
The person in this position will:
- Work with the business to understand processes and challenges, recommending solutions.
- Perform all steps in the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Troubleshoot issues, test, and migrate fixes to Production.
- Maintain and enhance existing processes based on business input.
- Direct daily work and priorities of the support team.
- Manage external partners to ensure accountability and results.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related.
- 10+ years of experience in technical application development or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience with SQL.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Leadership experience in guiding IT teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., no sponsorship required.
Preferred:
- Experience with Informatica.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation and Finance modules.
- Experience with vendor management, especially Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with other third-party software vendors.
