Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with strong leadership skills. Consultants need to interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. They will act as Oracle HCM Cloud functional Leads and advisors, translating business requirements into solution designs, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, and seeking approvals. The role involves working in an on-shore/off-shore model with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery, and driving automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• At least 11+ years of Information Technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Location flexibility: Raleigh NC, Richardson TX, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, Hartford CT, or willingness to relocate; willingness to travel for major milestones
• Experience in 2-3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
• Techno-functional or functional resource with a background in HCM domain
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation/support as a Functional Consultant
• Experience in implementing/configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, including discovery, process re-engineering, configuration, and deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in computer science or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI
• Ability to identify functional design issues and suggest solutions, support existing functionalities and integrations
• Experience with upgrades, best practices, production support, incident resolution, and support for integrations
• Leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and working in a global delivery environment

The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, with effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
