Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle/HCM specialist to lead architecture, customization, and integration efforts for Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple client projects in the US. The role requires strong expertise in Core HR, Talent/Compensation modules, and complex data migrations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions. Eligibility includes US work authorization and willingness to relocate/travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple projects implementing Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR)
• Experience configuring and supporting HCM modules like Workforce Compensation Cloud
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project locations may be required

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and coordinate with development teams
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP with external applications and guide large-scale data migrations
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience while ensuring security and compliance

Area Of Responsibility

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR)
• Experience in configuring and supporting HCM modules like Workforce Compensation Cloud

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in implementing and configuring workforce compensation plans, individual compensation plans
• Experience in implementing and configuring Payroll Cloud and Core HR, Self‑Service
• Experience in working total compensation and change statements
• Work experience in fast formulas

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of each year of education
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
