Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks an experienced ERP consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Finance and SCM to drive implementation, integration, and process improvements for clients.

You will gather requirements, customize ERP modules, design solutions, configure interfaces, conduct testing, and train users. A bachelor's degree and 2–3 Oracle Cloud engagements are expected; travel/relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance or SCM modules.
• 2–3 Oracle Cloud implementation or AMS engagements.
• Document functional specs, prototyping, and practical solutions.
• Knowledge of data conversion/migrations and interfaces.
• Familiarity with Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units.
• Assist in ERP customization and solution architecture design.
• Develop and integrate new features, and maintain the codebase.
• Configure interfaces, ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security/compliance.
• Prepare documentation and deliver user training.

Area of Responsibility

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in software engineering practices and various business processes.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) or Supply Chain (INV, Order Management, PO, MFG, Supply Chain Planning) modules.
• Experience at least 2‑3 Oracle Cloud implementation and/or AMS engagements.
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training and implementing practical business solutions.
• Good knowledge about Oracle Cloud strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.
• Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.).
• Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in various business processes in respective domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
