Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to guide design, configuration, testing, and data loads for HCM projects. You will partner with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver changes on time and with quality.

Responsibilities include issue triage, patching management, requirements definition, and creating end-user training materials while ensuring compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years relevant work experience
• Associate's Degree with 5 years relevant work experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 6 years relevant work experience
• End-to-end system design and implementation experience
• Incident management and root cause analysis experience
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management
• HDL and OTBI knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead functional aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Identify, triage, track, resolve, and validate production issues with cross-team collaboration
• Manage monthly/quarterly patching, maintenance, and release readiness activities
• Define requirements, document functional design, translate needs into solutions
• Create and maintain system documentation and end-user training materials
• Perform data loads and conversions using HDL
• Ensure compliance with standards for security and privacy
