Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to drive full life-cycle implementations from planning through go-live, with a strong focus on North American HR processes and regulatory compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, translate requirements into configurations, and oversee testing, deployment planning, and post go-live support to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Experience leading advisory or consulting roles on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules.
• 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations completed.
• Expertise in North American HCM processes and US regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business team through project life cycle with focus on best-practice adoption.
• Design and prepare solution blueprint for implementation.
• Articulate product/module features to business teams via sessions and trainings.
• Coordinate design and configuration with functional leads across the scope.
• Guide testing cycles, cutover activities, and post go-live support.
