Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Analyst to help design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems in a dynamic HR tech context. You will assist with data mapping, interface development, and end-to-end validation to ensure clean data flows and reliable systems.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while collaborating across HR, security, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on client needs.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with inbound/outbound interface development, data mapping, and documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, and defect resolution.
• Support data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams to understand dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, and deliverables.
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization per Deloitte methods.
