Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant to join our Oracle practice in Cleveland. You will design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, gather requirements with client teams, and configure payroll processes across conversions, integrations, reports, and fast formulas.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience, 2 full lifecycle implementations, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module.
Minimum of 7 years’ of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger

Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
Configure and optimize payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, and config tables.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Lead design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with stakeholders.
Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress.
