You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures and configurations, ensuring solutions meet complex needs while driving future scalability and alignment with Uber's standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or configuration.
• Expert-level proficiency in Visual Builder Studio, HSDL, HDL, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with full software development lifecycle and product management model.
• Bachelor's degree as required.
• Strong ability to identify intricate system dependencies and troubleshoot multi-platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on HR tech enhancements.
• Act as SME for Oracle HCM architectural design and scalability.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and document solutions with engineers and consultants.
• Enforce enterprise architectural standards and integration across end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain robust system configuration and detailed solution documentation.
