Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or configuration.
• Expert-level proficiency in Visual Builder Studio, HSDL, HDL, and SQL.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle and product management model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on HR technology enhancements.
• Act as SME for Oracle HCM solution architecture and driving long-term scalability.
• Lead POCs, develop documentation, and collaborate with consultants and engineers for delivery.
• Enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure end-to-end solutions are aligned.
• Maintain robust system configuration and solution documentation per Uber standards.
• Diagnose complex problems and propose impactful, scalable solutions.
