Job summary

Uber seeks an Oracle App Developer to own end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, collaborating with Product Leads and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable HR technologies. You will shape architecture and configuration, ensure documentation, and drive long-term scalability across the enterprise.

The role demands experience with Oracle HCM Core HR, onboarding, talent acquisition, and a strong emphasis on AI agent studio and development, while maintaining enterprise standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or configuration.
• Expert-level proficiency in Visual Builder Studio, HSDL, HDL, and SQL.
• Experience across full software development lifecycle and product management in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on HR tech enhancements.
• Act as SME for Oracle HCM solution architecture and scalability.
• Lead complex proof-of-concepts and document comprehensive solutions.
• Enforce enterprise architectural standards and guidelines across end-to-end solutions.
• Establish and maintain robust system configurations and documentation per Uber standards.
• Diagnose complex problems and propose actionable, impactful solutions.
• Provide strategic oversight during delivery to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build high-impact relationships across a matrix organization to drive consensus.
