This hybrid position focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging your expertise in HCM modules and integrations. You will lead design and implementation efforts, advise on best practices to optimize system performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable configurations within a cloud-based HCM

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with cloud-based HCM systems, with expertise in modules.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS cloud data flows, notifications, and integrations.
• Able to work independently and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem solving and project management abilities.
