Job summary

iteria.us is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our US-based, remote/hybrid team. You will implement and support HCM modules across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management, and design BPM driven workflows.

You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable Oracle HCM configurations, provide workshops, and ensure high-quality deliverables while supporting users post go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle BPM workflow configuration.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in multiple modules like Core HR, Payroll and OTL, etc., to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules while designing and optimizing business workflows using BPM tools.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle BPM workflow configuration.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications and Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Deep understanding and hands on experience in Oracle HCM approval configurations.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
