Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to join our Client Innovation Centers in the UK. The role focuses on designing, building and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions across public and private sector clients, with a customer-facing engagement and travel to client sites as required.

You will contribute to proposal development, demonstrate technical capabilities, and help expand Oracle Cloud offerings while working with cross-functional teams on complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Consultant.
• Involvement in at least 2 full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party systems using OIC, BI Extracts, SOAP/REST APIs and other integration platforms
• Data conversion activities using HDL/FBDI/API’s to load data into Oracle Cloud
• Skills to develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion Data Intelligence)
• OCI: Working with Oracle Cloud infrastructure components

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle for Oracle Cloud projects.
• Design, develop, and implement technical elements within projects.
• Support peers to develop, test and deploy solutions and ensure deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrating technical capabilities to customers and build Oracle Cloud offerings.
• Travel to client sites as part of the role.
• Lead the delivery of migrations, designs and reconciliation on complex projects.
