Job summary

Technogen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant for a fully remote, long-term engagement in the United States.

The role focuses on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, integrations, data migration, reporting, and technical solution delivery within a regulated environment. You will design, develop, and customize Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, lead data migration efforts, and build interfaces with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM in enterprise environments.
• Proven data migration, ETL, and integration delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of security, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Experience with SIT/UAT testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• Lead data migration, mapping, cleansing, ETL processes, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Support system interoperability, API development, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Execute system integration testing, performance testing, release validation, and defect resolution.
• Support production deployments, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Ensure compliance with Federal security standards, ATO requirements, NIST 800-53 controls, Identity & Access Management, and privacy regulations.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Title:Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Remote role

Long Term

Note:The work will support both the initial Core HCM implementation and subsequent migrations, integrations, configurations, testing, and go-live activities. Resources supporting the program will require Public Trust Moderate Risk eligibility or higher, and work will be performed within the continental United States. Some travel may be required depending on the team and we will have that info before each hire.

Job Summary:

The candidate will support end-to-end implementation, integration, deployment, and post-go-live support activities within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher.
• Lead data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, ETL processes, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Support system interoperability, API development, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Execute system integration testing, performance testing, release validation, and defect resolution.
• Support production deployments, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.

• Experience in SIT, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
