Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to play a hands-on role as part of our Application Managed Services team.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Administration Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of our Application Managed Services team providing support and solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

1. Ongoing HCM application administration responsibility across a Fortune 1000 companies Oracle environment.
2. Troubleshooting issues and recommending long-term solutions to ease support issues and stabilize applications.
3. Soliciting user requirements and proposing approaches to fixing potential issues.
4. Development of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to enhance existing applications.
5. Ad hoc training of users and administrators.
6. Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM.
2. Must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in either implementation or support of Oracle Cloud HCM.
3. At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting environments in Oracle Cloud Applications with specific experience in Oracle Payroll, Absence and/or Time & Labor.
4. Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology.
5. Intricate knowledge of defining customer payroll calendar, downstream impacts to CoreHR & GL.
6. Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent, Payroll or HR Generalist.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.

Additional Desired Skills:

1. Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud; Core, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor.
2. Additional experience across additional Oracle HCM Modules such as Absence Management, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk, and Security is a huge plus.
3. Experience with Self-Service set-up and mobile responsive testing.
4. Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus).
5. Experience mentoring junior staff.
