Job summary

INA Solution in San Francisco seeks an experienced HR systems leader to optimize Oracle HCM Cloud across enterprise HR processes. The role drives design, configuration, and deployment of scalable solutions in collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR systems experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering compliant, enterprise-grade implementations in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise HR systems experience with Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM functional workstreams or implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, system configuration, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale HCM implementations and Oracle quarterly updates.
• Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration platforms.
• Experience with Oracle HCM security, roles, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies.
