Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced HRIS specialist to support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and configurations. You will act as an escalation point for HRIS incidents and drive complex issue resolution across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence.

You will design HCM configurations, support the Compensation module, and maintain Redwood extensions and UI customizations using Visual Builder Studio, while developing reporting with OTBI and BI Publisher.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and architecture.
• Expert-level Fast Formula development.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Familiarity with Git-based version control.
• Exposure to Oracle AI capabilities / AI Agents.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
• Advanced expertise in Fast Formula development (expert level required)
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM architecture
• Experience supporting Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Working knowledge of Git-based version control
• Exposure to or experience with Oracle AI capabilities / AI Agents
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production and integration issues
