Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud integrations for enterprise customers. You will partner with Activation, Account Management, and Product teams to design financial solutions, address technical hurdles, and guide complex Oracle Cloud configurations across multi-entity environments.

The role emphasizes owning customer success from onboarding to expansion, with a focus on scalable integrations and robust accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including GL, AP, Subledger, and multi-org structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting multi-entity, multi-ERP environments.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams during high-value implementations and expansions.
• Collaborate with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Work with onboarding specialists to support technical workstreams and accelerate time-to-value.
