Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting multi-ERP environments.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design.
- Collaborate with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
