Job summary

Pacer Group in Menlo Park, CA seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional QA to lead end-to-end testing of Order Management and Inventory, with PLM as a secondary skill. You will validate critical SCM processes across Oracle Fusion and integrated non-Oracle applications, support quarterly cloud updates, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Functional Testing, focused on SCM.
• Hands-on testing in Oracle Fusion OM/INV modules.
• Experience with non-Oracle SCM integrations and end-to-end validation.
• Familiarity with quarterly Cloud releases, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Product Hub and product master data structures.

Domain: Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Oracle Fusion Cloud / PLM

Pay Rate: $55-65/hr /$140K annually

SKILLS REQUIRED

• 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Functional Testing experience, specializing in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV).
• Strong expertise in end-to-end SCM business processes and functional test design.
• Experience testing Oracle Fusion SCM integrations with non-Oracle applications such as WMS, TMS, and 3PL systems.
• Hands-on experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud patch testing, smoke testing, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion PLM, Product Hub, item master data, product structures, and change management.
• Strong skills in defect management, integration testing, data validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional QA professional to lead end-to-end testing across Order Management and Inventory, with PLM as a secondary skill.

• Validate critical SCM business processes across Oracle Fusion and integrated non-Oracle applications.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates through impact analysis, regression testing, and release validation.
• Ensure data integrity across order fulfillment, inventory transactions, product master data, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Drive quality improvements and provide release readiness recommendations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform functional testing of Oracle Fusion OM and INV, covering order orchestration, fulfillment, returns, receiving, transfers, reservations, and inventory adjustments.
• Validate end-to-end processes across order capture, shipment confirmation, inventory updates, and downstream systems.
• Support PLM testing for item structures, revisions, change orders, approval workflows, and lifecycle transitions.
• Execute integration testing for WMS, TMS, 3PL systems, custom portals, and other SCM applications.
• Conduct quarterly patch testing, regression testing, defect triage, retesting, and release readiness assessments.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, execution evidence, defect reports, and data reconciliation results.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Oracle Fusion Functional Testing experience with strong SCM expertise.
• Hands-on testing experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management and Inventory modules.
• Experience with non-Oracle SCM integrations and end-to-end transaction validation.
• Knowledge of quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, regression testing, defect lifecycle management, and test documentation.
• Understanding of Product Hub, Product Development, Innovation Management, Quality Management, and product master data.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Functional testing experience with Oracle Fusion PLM and PLM-to-OM/INV integrations.
• Knowledge of item classes, attributes, catalogs, structures, change orders, workflows, approval rules, and security.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Zephyr, or qTest for test and defect management.
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to OTBI reporting validation, Agile delivery, and continuous QA improvement.
