Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead Functional Analyst to serve as the onsite functional bridge between Customer Application Managers, the Customer QA Lead, and offshore QA teams. Deep Oracle Fusion SCM expertise plus experience validating complex enterprise landscapes are required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM with functional expertise in Order Management, Inventory, GOP, Procurement, Manufacturing, PIM, and Planning.
• Hands-on functional experience with OTM and GTM.
• Experience with highly integrated Oracle Fusion SCM landscapes and downstream integrations.
• Proven ability to define and validate end-to-end functional scenarios across Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle apps.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with onsite managers to gather and translate functional requirements across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated customer apps.
• Collaborate with QA teams to provide SCM domain guidance and validation direction.
• Review functional test scenarios for relevance, coverage, and traceability.
• Own understanding of integrated flows from custom apps through Oracle Fusion to downstream systems.
• Monitor Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and develop risk-based regression testing strategies.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have)

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM with strong functional expertise across Order Management, Inventory, Global Order Promising (GOP), Procurement, Manufacturing, PIM, and Planning.
• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Strong experience working with highly integrated Oracle Fusion SCM landscapes, including custom/in-house applications, third-party systems, and downstream integrations.
• Proven experience defining, reviewing, and validating end-to-end functional scenarios across Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle applications, including requirements traceability and business process validation.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, patch validation, regression testing, integration validation, and risk-based testing strategies.

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, upgrades, and quarterly release cycles.
• Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, file-based interfaces, and cross-application integration patterns.
• Experience coordinating validation and defect resolution across multiple application owners and offshore teams.
• Experience with defect tracking, requirement traceability, UAT, and functional testing tools.
• Experience working across US-India time zones in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Lead Functional Analyst to serve as the onsite functional bridge between Customer Application Managers, the Customer QA Lead, and offshore QA teams. The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Fusion SCM functional expertise combined with experience validating complex integrated enterprise landscapes involving Oracle Fusion, custom-built applications, and third-party systems.

The Lead Functional Analyst will translate business requirements into clear functional intent, guide offshore teams, review validation scenarios, ensure end-to-end business process coverage, and support UAT, release readiness, and defect resolution across the integrated SCM ecosystem.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with onsite Application Managers to gather, clarify, and translate functional requirements across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated customer applications.
• Work closely with the Customer QA Lead and offshore QA team to provide SCM domain guidance, functional coordination, and validation direction.
• Review functional test scenarios for business relevance, requirement coverage, traceability, and end-to-end process validation.
• Own functional understanding of integrated flows where transactions move from custom applications through Oracle Fusion and into downstream or third-party systems.
• Monitor Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, analyze release notes, identify impacted business processes, and develop risk-based regression testing and patch validation strategies.
