Job summary

Pacer Group in Menlo Park, CA seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional QA to lead end-to-end testing of Order Management and Inventory, with PLM as a secondary skill. You will validate critical SCM processes across Oracle Fusion and integrated non-Oracle applications, support quarterly cloud updates, and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to resolve defects, drive quality improvements, and provide release readiness recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Functional Testing, focused on SCM.
• Hands-on testing in Oracle Fusion OM/INV modules.
• Experience with non-Oracle SCM integrations and end-to-end validation.
• Familiarity with quarterly Cloud releases, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Product Hub and product master data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing of Oracle Fusion OM and INV across end-to-end processes.
• Validate integrations with WMS, TMS, and 3PL systems.
• Support PLM testing for item structures and lifecycle workflows.
• Execute quarterly patch testing, regression testing, and defect triage.
• Prepare test plans, cases, evidence, and data reconciliation results.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure release readiness.
