We are looking for Oracle Fusion SCM Lead.
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Lead/Architect as the functional leader responsible for architecting, designing, and governing end-to-end supply chain digital transformations leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
In this role, we are seeking candidates who will lead complex multi-pillar implementations, bridging the gap between business strategy and Oracle Cloud capabilities. You will act as the trusted advisor to executive stakeholders (CSCO, CIO, VP of Operations), defining scalable SaaS/PaaS architectures, integration frameworks, and process standards.
Global Architecture Blueprint: Architect multi-country, multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions spanning Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Fit/Gap & Standard Alignment: Lead business visioning and discovery workshops. Drive maximum adoption of Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) while designing clean, extensible solutions for unique business requirements.
Cross-Pillar Alignment: Ensure smooth data flow and architectural consistency between Fusion SCM and Oracle Fusion ERP Financials (AP, AR, GL, Cost Accounting), CX, and HCM.
PaaS & Integration Design: Define the integration strategy for legacy, 3PL, and specialized enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Event Grid.
Data Migration & Conversion: Architect the enterprise data migration framework using FBDI (File-Based Data Import), HDL, and REST APIs; establish data cleansing, mapping, and governance rules.
Extensibility Strategy: Formulate clean core strategies utilizing Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Application Express (APEX), or OIC to avoid intrusive customization.
Design Authority: Establish the Solution Architecture Review Board (SARB) to maintain architectural integrity, review Functional (FDD) and Technical (TDD) design documents, and enforce standard configuration practices.
Quarterly Readiness Strategy: Establish release management processes to evaluate Oracle Quarterly Cloud Updates (e.g., 26A, 26B), performing impact analyses on existing configurations and recommending new feature adoption.
Reporting & Analytics: Design real-time enterprise visibility solutions using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher), and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / BICC.
Executive Engagement: Articulate architectural trade-offs, business ROI, and technology roadmaps to CXO executives.
Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead architectural aspects of RFPs, size project efforts (LOE), define delivery risk mitigations, and showcase interactive enterprise solution designs.
