Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Fusion PLM Technical Lead to design, build, and implement PLM solutions across the enterprise. You will own architecture, configuration, custom development, and integrations while leading end-to-end deployments, including acquisitions, and drive AI-enabled data quality and automation.

The role partners with IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that align with business objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years of enterprise PLM experience with Oracle Fusion PLM.
• Hands-on configuration, customization, and design of Oracle Fusion PLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and extension development across Oracle Fusion PLM (PDH, Change Management).
• Develop and maintain custom extensions using Groovy, REST APIs, OIC, and related tools.
• Own complex configurations, integrations, and performance optimization of PLM solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations: fit-gap, design, build, test (SIT/UAT), training, and production cutover.
• Drive data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation.
• Act as PLM track lead, managing scope, risks, timelines, reporting, and deliverables.
• Scope and implement integrations between PLM and ERP/CAD/PDM/MES systems.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance.
