Avathon, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Lead for Product Lifecycle Management to own PLM integrations and AI-enabled features. You will connect PLM, CAD/PDM, ERP and MES systems to the Avathon platform, model product structures and manage change flows in a graph-based knowledge layer.

This is a hands-on lead role with responsibility for architecture, go-live readiness and mentoring engineers through deployments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership or delivery responsibility.
• Hands-on integration experience with at least one enterprise PLM system and APIs.
• Strong background in BOM management, engineering changes and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own PLM integration architecture and data pipelines from PLM/ERP/MES sources.
• Lead a small engineering team through discovery, build, go-live and hypercare.
• Collaborate with ML and AI teams to apply models to PLM data and changes.
• Define canonical data models for parts, EBOM/MBOM and variants.
• Ensure design reviews, code quality and on-time delivery.
