Job summary

Avathon is seeking an Engineering Lead for Product Lifecycle Management to own the technical delivery of PLM integrations and the AI enhancements built atop them.

You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Design Leads and customer engineering teams to connect PLM, CAD/PDM, ERP and MES systems to the Avathon platform, model product structures and engineering change flows with the Computational Knowledge Graph, and ship BOM comparison, change impact and digital thread features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on integration with at least one enterprise PLM platform.
• Strong Python and data-pipeline skills.
• Experience with BOM management and engineering change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM integration projects end-to-end.
• Design integration architecture and data models.
• Mentor engineers and ensure on-time delivery.
