Job summary

Pyramid IT Consulting seeks a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll specialist to analyze and implement enhancements using SQL/PL/SQL across the HCM Cloud environment. You will work on payroll data, extracts, and reporting with BIP, REST APIs, and integration with ADW.

Responsibilities include developing payroll integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless data flows to downstream systems. Strong technical and functional knowledge is required for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Analyze new business requirements and enhancements and implement them using efficient SQL/PL/SQL logic, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Payroll, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), REST APIs, and Oracle ADW.
• Application Support & Maintenance in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Payroll domain, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain Payroll-related integrations.
• Payroll Development & Integration: develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions and integrations.
• Work with Payroll data, extracts, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, REST APIs, and PL/SQL solutions related to Payroll.
• Support integration of Payroll data with Oracle ADW and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into optimized SQL/PLSQL solutions.
• Support and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Payroll integrations in production.
• Develop Payroll related integrations, extracts, and reporting capabilities with BIP and REST APIs.
