Mayo Clinic is seeking a qualified Application Analyst to support the Office of Administrative System Transformation (OAST). This hybrid role requires you to live within 100 miles of one of Mayo's major sites (within 12 months) and to participate in software analysis, design, and implementation across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, HS Diploma and 8 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Relevant experience is in administrative areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise on OAST software applications and analyze business processes.
• Configure, design, develop, or modify applications via vendor tools and Mayo-developed tools.
• Support data governance, reference data management, and data standards.
• Act as liaison between clinical, business, and IT throughout the system lifecycle.
