Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Application Analyst to support Office of Administrative System Transformation (OAST) software applications. You will provide functional expertise, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into effective IT solutions across finance, HR, supply chain, and scheduling domains.

Responsibilities include data governance participation, vendor tool configuration, and testing, with a focus on end-to-end process improvement and alignment with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 8 years.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and/or HCM data, preferably Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools, including OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred.
• Knowledge of project management, systems analysis & design, software testing, data management and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise on OAST software applications and evaluate business processes.
• Develop innovative solutions and improve processes using digital standards and technology.
• Coordinate between clinical, business, and technical areas throughout the system lifecycle.
• Support data governance, reference data management, and data standards.
• Participate in business meetings and elicit requirements from customers.
• May provide 24/7 on-call support.
