Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis.
• Epic/Vendor Certification Required.
• HFMA Certification Preferred. Strong interest in process improvement and exposure to RPA tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for the Epic applications.
• Coordinate, train, and provide input in training design and development.
• Serve as liaison between end users, SMEs, and vendor implementation team; support go‑live and upgrades.
