Job summary

Oklahoma State University Medical Center seeks a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM specialist to implement, train, and support Fusion-based HR systems across the organization. You will collaborate with staff to design, build, and optimize the HCM infrastructure and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with enterprise software and experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, along with strong coordination and requirements gathering capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting software applications (3-5 years)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion system (HCM module) preferred
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows for enterprise software systems.
• Deliver end user training.
• Create and maintain diverse decision support reports.
• Provide day-to-day application support and optimization.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance for application upgrades.
• Develop relationships with departments and end users across the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors on mapping project requirements, system design, conversions and testing.
