Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Analyst to drive Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM rollouts across the organization.

You will implement scalable, compliant solutions with focus on Finance and Project Accounting, participating in global deployments and post‑go-live optimization. You will partner with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams, translating business needs into end-to-end system designs, and guiding data migration, integrations, and testing to successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, business analysis, or enterprise applications.
• Deep Finance and Accounting knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, Cash, FA, Tax, GL).
• Proven experience supporting Fusion Finance rollouts and implementations.
• Deep understanding of Project Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition and GovCon (FAR/DCAA).
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into end-to-end system solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of interfaces, workflow, and underlying Database tables.
• Strong communication skills, presentations, writing, negotiation, active listening, influencing team dynamics.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM rollouts, including new implementations, expansions, and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and implementation strategies.
• Partner with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams for deployment and adoption.
• Provide deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules and Projects (PPM).
• Apply GovCon knowledge including compliance, cost structures, and audit requirements.
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment.
• Drive process standardization and best-practice adoption across Finance and Project Accounting.
• Perform gap analyses and propose scalable solutions.
• Support project accounting lifecycle: contracts, costing, billing, revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Payroll, FP&A, IT for integrated delivery.
• Evaluate risks and communicate impacts to stakeholders/leadership.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Manage enhancement backlog and rollout initiatives.
