Job summary

Discord is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Functional Analyst to own incident resolution, functional support, and enhancements across our Oracle Fusion ERP environment. You will partner with Finance stakeholders and act as the functional liaison for critical incidents while helping maintain strong controls through ITGC and SOX compliance support.

Responsibilities include L2/L3 incident management, documentation, month-/quarter-/year-end close support, testing, and end-to-end patch

Qualifications

5+ years Oracle Fusion ERP functional analyst experience.
Deep expertise in AR, AP, GL, and Procurement in Oracle Fusion cloud.
Experience configuring SLA rules and BPM approval workflows.
Experience supporting L2/L3 production environments with incident handling.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain functional design documentation.
Familiarity with SOX ITGC controls and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 incident and problem management across Oracle Fusion ERP.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to resolve functional issues in AR, AP, GL, and Procurement.
Serve as functional POC for critical incidents and communicate resolutions.
Create, review, and update functional design documentation monthly.
Support month/quarter/year-end close activities and related finance operations.
Execute functional testing for fixes and enhancements.
Own quarterly patch upgrade process end-to-end.
Present feature releases and impact analyses before upgrades.
Support ITGC/SOX compliance policies.
