SMX is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst to manage tickets, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders on financial process improvements. The role covers GL, AP, AR, FA, and other modules, with strong emphasis on post-implementation support and testing.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials, finance domain knowledge, and solid requirements documentation skills. Remote work supporting multiple US offices and travel are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials.
• Hands-on implementation/support experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and resolve tickets in the help desk system for Oracle Fusion Financials issues.
• Lead quarterly regression testing of Oracle’s quarterly releases.
• Perform incident/root cause analysis and manage escalations to resolution.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
