Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will define reporting strategies with senior stakeholders, architect data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics across ERP and related functions.

You will guide architecture, governance, and roadmap development, while mentoring junior team members. A willingness to travel up to 50% is required as part of client delivery and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and data analytics projects.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across ERP systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and cloud integration.
• 4+ years leading analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience configuring Oracle security frameworks (FDI/OAC/OBIEE).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through delivery.
• Advise on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design cloud data/analytics architectures for ERP and non-ERP systems.
• Lead workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligning with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed teams with a focus on quality and budget.
