Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and deliver analytics across finance, HR, supply chain, and CX.

You will guide engagements from strategy to deployment, mentor teams, and help drive business development while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics projects.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Security at FDI/OAC/OBIEE, including data-level security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies and KPI frameworks.
• Design cloud-based data and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP and related apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team environment.
