Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• 4+ years of leading and delivering Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements across global teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing activities, and deployments.
• Develop reporting and analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams while ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts including proposal development and executive presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; foster an inclusive team environment.
