Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) engagements, guiding clients through strategy to implementation and ongoing support. The role emphasizes advisory on reporting, data governance, and KPI frameworks across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, travel as needed, and drive modernization of analytics platforms to deliver AI‑driven insights for business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• ~4 - 6 years of technology consulting experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Experience leading Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements across global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing activities, and deployments.
• Manage geographically distributed project teams and ensure quality delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
