Job summary

i360technologies seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud P2P Consultant to lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P for a major federal agency modernization program.

You will drive requirements, configure procurement and payables, and mentor junior staff while leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing in a complex federal environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Oracle ERP Financials/Procurement experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
• Experience with FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, and conversions from a functional perspective.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, or problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.
• Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.
• Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier processes, invoice processing, matching, and payment functionality.
• Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Support data conversion and validation.
• Develop and execute SIT/UAT scenarios and resolve functional defects.
• Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.
• Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.
