Systemart, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll & Absence Management Consultant for a 6+ month hybrid role in Newark, NJ. Local candidates are preferred, with on-site 3 days and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, HR, business, CS.
• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Payroll and Absence Management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts).

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document requirements for Payroll and Absence Management.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence Management modules.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT).
• Create documentation, user guides and process flows for end users.
