Job summary

Mbi Llc in Newark, New Jersey, seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and Absence Management specialist to drive the successful implementation with Payroll, HR and IT teams, ensuring requirements align with system functionality for a timely Go Live.

You will translate business processes into scalable system solutions, develop reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, support data migration, testing, integrations, and post Go Live support while mentoring end users and documenting configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Payroll and Absence Management modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with fast formulas, costing, and legislative data group configurations.
• Knowledge of time and labor integration and absence accrual processing.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Extracts, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence Management and support Go Live.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and IT to gather, validate, and review requirements for Payroll and Absence Management.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence Management modules.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation, testing (SIT/UAT) and parallel testing.
• Develop integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems (time/attendance, benefits, finance).
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to Payroll.
• Create reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher; troubleshoot issues with IT and Oracle Support.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and ongoing change management.
