Job summary

Dew Softech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant to support Payroll in Newark, NJ during a 6+ month implementation.

The role focuses on Payroll and Absence Management modules, bridging technical and functional teams to ensure a compliant Go Live. The ideal candidate has deep payroll knowledge, hands‑on configuration, testing, and support for Oracle Fusion modules, and will collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT and implementation partners to translate business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Absence Management.
• Experience configuring, testing and supporting Oracle Fusion modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, document and review functional/technical requirements for Payroll and Absence Management.
• Participate in design, configuration, testing cycles and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules.
• Support payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, absence plans and accrual rules.
• Assist with data conversion, reconciliation, testing (UAT/SIT) and go‑live readiness.
• Develop integrations between Oracle Cloud and time/attendance, benefits, and finance systems.
• Provide end‑user training and create comprehensive documentation.
