Job summary

DEW Softech Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant in Newark, NJ for a 6+ month engagement to support Payroll during the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and supporting Payroll and Absence Management, coordinating with Payroll, HR and IT to ensure a timely Go Live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Payroll and Absence Management.
• Strong payroll processing, taxation, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with fast formulas, costing, and legislative data groups.
• Knowledge of time and labor integration and absence accrual processing.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Extracts, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and review Payroll and Absence Management requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence Management.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and absence plans.
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
• Create integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
• Provide end-user support and documentation for Payroll staff.
