Job summary

NAVTECH INC is seeking a Lead Oracle Cloud Admin to manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM and OTM across implementation and support lifecycles from Watsonville, CA / Remote. The role requires deep expertise in ERP administration, security design, and data provisioning, delivering reliable cloud services.

You will work with cross-functional teams and partners to align configurations with business processes and IS design standards, ensuring continuity and performance throughout deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering or CS.
5+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM.
8+ years ERP administration experience.
Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Strong English communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

Administer Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and OTM during implementation and support.
Manage metadata, offerings, features, and setup tasks.
Lead deployments and configurations.
Monitor performance and reliability.
Design and implement security roles.
Manage users and data access.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and outages.
Develop ERP KPIs and dashboards.
Document requirements and process flows.
