Job summary

EY is pursuing an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to design and deliver enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will guide senior client stakeholders on reporting strategies, data platforms, and KPI frameworks across ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.

You’ll lead distributed teams, shape analytics roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable AI and cloud-based solutions while advancing EY’s transformation agenda. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years in technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies for Oracle ERP and others.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Fusion Cloud Apps, BI platforms, and cloud data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements with global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting, and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business/tech stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive team culture.
