Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, CX and more. You will work with senior stakeholders to define strategies and architect modern data platforms.

You will manage distributed teams, guide engagements from strategy to deployment, and mentor junior colleagues while advancing innovation and data-driven transformation. This role requires travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4 - 6 years of experience defining enterprise reporting strategies for Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and BI platforms.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements across global delivery teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other enterprise apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing and deployments.
• Develop reporting and analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage geographically distributed project teams ensuring quality, budget adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
• Support business development through proposals, demos, client workshops and executive presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in a collaborative environment.
