Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS/Cloud - HCM)

Join to apply for the Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS/Cloud - HCM) role at Horizontal Talent.

We are seeking a talented Oracle Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle EBS/Cloud - HCM to join our team on a 5+ month contract. This is a remote position offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work on impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements and processes to ensure quality improvement.
• Integrate with third-party benefit providers and other partners.
• Contribute to a Scrum/Agile development environment.
• Deliver fast formulas in HCM Cloud, including bonus/compensation plan creation and sick and safe accrual plans.
• Design and configure contingent worker programs in HCM Cloud.
• Implement Oracle Time and Labor/Payroll capabilities, including overtime rules, time card configurations, holidays, attestation, leaves, absences, and reporting.

Skills

• Proficiency in Business Analyst principles and SDLC methodology.
• Experience with HCM Cloud applications such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Performance Management, Reporting (OTBI/BI-SQL), Payroll, Learning Management, and Talent/Workforce Management.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Project Management.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive HCM Cloud solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Expert knowledge of Oracle Applications table structure and technical skills including SQL*Plus and PL/SQL coding.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
• Experience configuring HCM Cloud for foreign countries, particularly Mexico.
• Experience in decommissioning Oracle Taleo product and migrating to Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS applications suite, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Performance Management, and Reporting (BI-SQL).
