About the opportunity

The AuditBoard Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and optimization of the AuditBoard platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for AuditBoard users, ensuring the system is configured and utilized effectively to support the organization's audit, risk, and compliance activities. The Administrator will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the use of AuditBoard.

What you'll get to do

  • System Administration:
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within AuditBoard to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Configure and customize AuditBoard modules (e.g., SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight, CrossComply) to align with organizational processes and workflows.
  • Maintain system settings, workflows, templates, and libraries.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AuditBoard.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to AuditBoard users.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate users on AuditBoard functionality and best practices.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., auditors, risk managers, compliance officers) to understand their requirements and optimize AuditBoard usage.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve efficiency through AuditBoard configuration.
  • Develop and implement AuditBoard best practices and standards.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within AuditBoard.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into audit, risk, and compliance activities.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems.
  • Project Management:
  • Participate in or lead projects related to AuditBoard implementation, upgrades, or enhancements.
  • Coordinate with AuditBoard vendor support and other external parties as needed.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure AuditBoard configuration and usage comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of AuditBoard security features and implement appropriate security measures.

Skills and experience we value

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience administering the AuditBoard platform.
  • Strong understanding of audit, risk management, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in configuring and customizing enterprise software applications.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
