Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules; experience managing large enterprise finance systems.
• Proven track record leading distributed teams and managing complex ERP delivery efforts.
• Experience with external vendors/consulting partners on Oracle ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business units to drive system improvements.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Treasury).
• Define and maintain a Finance IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support for enhancements and upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance of finance processes in Oracle EBS.
• Manage and mentor a distributed IT team including contractors and external partners.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Drive automation, reporting improvements, and user experience in finance IT.
